Tuck into five-course set menus at Abu Dhabi’s top restaurants:

Featuring a hand-picked selection of the best-selling restaurants from previous Chef’s Table editions, the Chef’s Table All-Star edition will promote Abu Dhabi’s eclectic fine dining scene via curated menus and signature dishes at a number of the city’s award-winning haute cuisine hotspots. Restaurant participating include LPM Restaurant & Bar, Punjab Grill, Mare Mare, Martabaan, Sambusek, Shang Palace, Hakkasan and Tori No Su. While over at Fouquet’s in Louvre Abu Dhabi, Chef Balveer Balkinson has prepared a menu that includes Escagots Montorgueil, gnocchi aux fines herbes, cuttlefish and red chicory, linguine with black tiger prawns and Fouquet’s star dessert – Mille Feuilles a la Vanille. Chef’s Table five-course set menus are priced from AED 295 to AED 398.

Sushi Specials at The Warehouse Wine & Tapas Bar, Pearl Rotana Capital Centre:

The Warehouse offers a unique dining experience in the capital, combining chic urban interiors with a menu of small plates and a lively roster of global grapes. This March, guests can tuck into sushi and grape all night long with the venues latest promotion. Daily until 31 March. AED 190 (three sushi and unlimited grape or sake for two-hours) or AED 290 (unlimited sushi, wine and sake for two-hours).

Guests can enjoy Hakkasan’s signature bites and cocktails from sunset to late night, surrounded by the vibrant ambience and spectacular city skyline views. Spritz & Dim Sum Nights offer guests an innovative beverage menu that includes carefully crafted Spritz cocktails, complemented by an array of Hakkasan’s distinguished Dim Sum, such as gold leaf har gau, seafood taro croquette, Shanghai-style morel mushroom dumpling, Wagyu beef truffle puff and black pepper squid. Available Monday to Saturday, from 6pm to 11:30pm. AED 68 per Spritz cocktail and AED 48 for a selection of signature dim sums.
