Bad Bunnies Brunch launches in Abu Dhabi

The new brunch takes place at Mykonos in Le Méridien Abu Dhabi.

Whether your idea of bad bunnies comes from Donnie Darko’s Frank or Wallace and Gromit’s Were-Rabbit, the evil bunny is getting a UAE-style, party makeover. The Bad Bunnies Brunch launches in Abu Dhabi on 9 July, and is set to take place every Saturday in Mykonos at Le Méridien Abu Dhabi.

Bad Bunnies brings together top-notch interactive entertainment and Insta moments galore: there will be a DJ spinning old school and new school hip-hop music, confetti aplenty for those celebrating a special occasion, and the chance to mingle and dance with the brunch mascot, the big bad bunny himself.

Mykonos is a beautiful beachfront restaurant, which boasts boho-chic vibes and spectacular views of the Arabian sea. Settle into the white sofas and seats, which are surrounded by glorious greenery.

Here are the packages for you to choose from: Happy Bunny costs AED 199, and includes soft drinks as well as food; the Excited Bunny costs AED 299, and includes house spirits as well as food; and the Naughty Bunny costs AED 349, and includes premium spirits and food.

As the name of the restaurant suggests, the menu is inspired by the Mediterranean but fuses together food from across the world. Plus, there promises to be a good mix for both vegans and meat-eaters. And, if an afternoon isn’t enough, there are plans for an after party – but the details have not yet been announced.

Currently, the restaurant’s menu includes decadent dishes such as a gold burger with black truffle fries and black cheese, which is even served with gold cutlery. Plus, a seafood salad, coated lamb rack and a selection of sushi. So, we are definitely happy bunnies and look forward to seeing what the brunch menu brings.
