Celebrate Australian national day at the Aussie Village Brunch with a spread of succulent BBQ meats, including lamb chops, beef steaks, sausages and tasty skewers. There will also be a selection of Australian cheeses, the famous Australian meat pie and a decadent dessert counter. Musician Eamonn and DJ Teddy will provide live entertainment. Australia Day Brunch at PJ O’Reilly’s, Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi:

The original Irish hangout, PJ O’Reilly’s will celebrate all things Aussie to mark Australia’s National Day. Families and friends can tuck into a fantastic, themed, all-you-can-eat, family poolside Barbeque alongside free-flowing beverages and entertainment hosted by DJ Sonya Mac. The brunch will be held in partnership with Aussies Abroad and will be a celebratory day full of music, fun and laughter. Friday 29 January from 1pm to 4pm. AED 149 (soft beverages), AED 199 (house beverages) and AED 86 (children aged six to eleven years old).

Fair Dinkum Australia Day Menu at Grove Road:

Grove Road by BYSTRO at The Pointe is planning a fair dinkum Aussie Day menu to mark Australia’s National Day. Available from 22 to 30 January, the gastro-bar will offer a limited-time menu of dishes from down-under, perfect for Aussies abroad or those who appreciate fine Aussie fare. Among the special Aussie Day menu dishes are favourites such as chicken parma, gourmet meat pies, and Melbourne fish and chips. Those with a sweet tooth can choose between a vanilla slice or the iconic Lamington to top off the’ sweet-as’ selection. Those over 21 can also enjoy a mini Esky of five mix and match drinks for AED 150 while a selection of Australian 80s’ and 90’s tunes will play from arvo all through the evening.

Bull&Roo Australia Day Specials:

To celebrate Australia’s National Day, Bull&Roo are cooking up some Aussie classics. The cafes, inspired by the chic and vibrant food scene of Australia will be offering the cheeky chicken parmijam doughnuts and the humble yet delicious Lamington at The Sum of Us, Tom&Serg, Common Grounds (JLT, MOE and DIFC).
