Located on the 23rd floor of the Grand Plaza Mövenpick Media City, the venue has launched its much-awaited Friday brunch, where guests can discover a Twenty Three culinary experience combining panoramic urban sunset views with good food, and a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing weekend afternoon.
Following the renowned ‘23’ theme, the international cuisine showcased at the brunch features a delicate yet luscious menu served to the table amidst an elegant setup. Every Friday from 1:23pm to 4:23pm guests are invited to dip into a storybook of flavours, where every form of comestible and libation is carefully crafted.
Whilst entering into an elegant yet uncomplicated venue, food gourmands and brunch enthusiasts are greeted with the vibrant beats of UK House DJ Natalie Brogan, and the unique essences created by both the bartenders and chefs. Whet the appetite with cold and hot appetizers such as line-caught wild sea bass ceviche, home-cured citrus dill salmon and Persian feta with green olive tapenade skewers. Then dive into a selection of succulent dishes inclusive of sesame tempura crudité with ponzu mayo, dry-rubbed Australian flank steak with heirloom tomatoes and chimichurri sauce, a trio of baby gem sliders or opt for the five-herb ravioli with chanterelles, roasted tomato coulis and basil oil.
Brunch is not complete without decadent desserts and at Twenty Three guests can indulge in sweet treats like lavender-infused macaroons, composite-flamed lemon curd tart, delicate baba and a refreshing Italian lemon and raspberry sorbet.
As afternoon leads into the evening, unwind on the terrace overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Palm Jumeirah and take in the spectacular sunset views.
The Twenty Three Brunch is ideal for food connoisseurs and culinary gourmands and is priced at AED 189 (soft beverages) and AED 289 (house beverages).
