Designed to complement the existing menu, the new dishes are vibrant, light and eye-catching, reflecting Chef Izu’s ethos that strong visual cues enhance the palette. The new additions are also grounded in simplicity and feature familiar ingredients enhanced with dynamic textures and flavour combinations. The new additions include escargots, three new carpaccios, lamb saddle, grilled salmon, Lobster croquettes and spinach and ricotta ravioli. Desserts have also been updated with the addition of a tonka bean cake, tiramisu, hazelnut pralines and brown butter ice cream.
