The FILA White Rock collection takes fashion to new heights.

In the 1970’s FILA created a line for mountaineering known as the White Rock collection, made for nature lovers and adventurers alike. Fast forward to FW20 and FILA has updated the White Rock menswear collection to create a capsule inspired by archived styles that evolves into streetwear and performance-ready fits, to create a modern take on the mountaineering collection.

Honouring the original collection, created in collaboration with legendary mountain climber Reinhold Messner, who was famously the first man to scale Mount Everest solo without the support of supplementary oxygen tanks. Reinhold did so while bearing climbing gear designed by FILA, bringing the brand to the highest peaks and, quite literally, to the top of the world.

The latest FILA offerings are still very much influenced by products from their past, and this season’s latest capsule is a perfect fashion forward ski inspired outdoor look. The collection combines functionality, comfort and style while still paying attention to every detail, from the materials used to the colour scheme and everything down to the zip placements.

The collection’s standout styles include a range of puffer and reflective jackets, snug fleeces, and multi-purpose t-shirts that can be worn casually or as activewear. Details such as extra pockets and zips combined with utility-style outerwear pieces can be worn as a complete look or combined with core styles to bring the White Rock element into the wardrobe.
