Beond Airlines has launched its new Red Sea to London route, opening a direct link between Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing luxury tourism destination and one of Europe’s biggest travel hubs. The new service marks an important step in the expansion of Red Sea International Airport, as the airport continues to build its international connectivity and strengthen its position as the gateway to the Red Sea’s world-class resorts and natural landscapes.
The new Red Sea to London route is part of a wider expansion by Beond Airlines, which is set to connect Red Sea International Airport with seven destinations across Europe and beyond. Alongside the airline’s existing services from Milan and Malé, the expanded network will include five new international gateways: London, Paris, Munich, Moscow and Zurich. With more than 30 weekly departures, starting 16 December, the expansion could make it considerably easier for international travellers to reach the Red Sea.
The new routes mark another step forward for Red Sea International Airport as it builds its role as an international gateway to the region. The airport is at the heart of Saudi Arabia’s ambitious Red Sea tourism vision, which aims to attract travellers looking for high-end resorts, nature-focused experiences and a more exclusive alternative to traditional holiday destinations.
