London is getting the Jumpman treatment. Nike is preparing to launch the Air Jordan 4 ‘London’, a UK-exclusive take on one of its most recognisable silhouettes. Scheduled to arrive on Saturday, 12 September 2026, the regional release draws inspiration from the British capital through a muted palette, textured materials and details created specifically for the city.
The sneaker arrives during a notable period for Jordan Brand in British basketball. In August, the London Lions announced that Jordan Brand would become the club’s official on-court and training apparel partner from the 2026-27 season. The agreement makes the London Lions the first British professional basketball club to wear Jordan Brand uniforms, with its men’s, women’s, youth and academy programmes all included in the partnership.
For the Air Jordan 4 ‘London’, the familiar nubuck construction has been replaced with shaggy grey suede. Different shades of grey run across the upper, eyestays and mesh panels, while black appears on the laces, lining, TPU wings and sections of the midsole. Rust-brown accents add warmth to the outsole and branding, with a sandy tone appearing around the heel.
The London references become clearer at the back of the shoe. A translucent heel tab layers raised “Air” lettering over an “LDN” graphic, giving the sneaker its most obvious connection to the capital. Inside, Jordan Brand has included another distinctly British touch. A concealed label behind the tongue reads “Say Less,” tapping into a phrase widely used in UK slang.
The release forms part of Jordan Brand’s growing focus on regional drops, using individual cities and markets to create more locally relevant versions of its most famous sneakers.
The shoe is currently being listed under style code IV6048-001 and is expected to retail at approximately £190 through Nike SNKRS UK and selected Jordan Brand retailers on 12 September 2026.
