The Rolling Stones have teased fans with the possibility of a new world tour, raising excitement among music lovers around the globe. The legendary British rock band have released their new album, Foreign Tongues. The team have been performing together for more than six decades, and continue to prove that their influence shows no signs of slowing down.
Formed in London in 1962, The Rolling Stones were founded by childhood friends Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, who were later joined by Brian Jones, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts. Inspired by blues and early rock ’n’ roll, the band quickly became one of the defining sounds of a generation. Over the years, they have built a reputation as one of the greatest live bands of all time. In 2021, Charlie died at the age of 80. Today, Mick, Keith and Ronnie continue to carry the band’s legacy forward.

The speculation of a Rolling Stones tour comes as fans look ahead to what could be another major chapter for the band following the release of their latest album, Foreign Tongues. Released in July, the album features collaborations with Bruno Mars, Steve Winwood and Paul McCartney. To mark the launch of the album, the group held a secret concert at St Clement Hotel in London, and shared songs from the new album. Mick said: “We hope we go on tour, Ronnie and I are really into that, so we hope we see everyone on the road.” He added: “I don’t think we’re gonna do shows this year, but hopefully we’ll do shows next year.”
Over the years, The Rolling Stones have played around the world from Spain to Singapore. While no official 2027 tour dates have been announced, they group are known for their concerts, stage shows and timeless hits including “Satisfaction”, “Paint It, Black” and “Gimme Shelter”.
