Olympia’s transformation has stepped up a notch. It’s been a long time in the making, but the much-anticipated refurbishment is finally nearing completion. On 15 June 2026, Canopy at Olympia will officially open, bringing a new rooftop destination packed with restaurants and bars you’ll only find here.

Pillar Hall was the first space to launch at Olympia, while two hotels and a huge entertainment venue are still on the horizon. Now, attention is turning skywards with the arrival of this sprawling rooftop space made up of four venues. The project comes from Incipio, the team behind Pergola in Brixton and Canary Wharf, and it’s set to become one of west London’s biggest new openings this summer.

Arbour will serve as a buzzing food hall packed with options. Expect coffee and pastries from Café Modo, fried chicken from Fry Baby, fresh salads from The Rambler and burgers from Whammy. Bar Arriba is bringing big, bold Mexican-inspired flavours to Canopy at Olympia. The menu ranges from tacos filled with achiote-marinated octopus to rich chipotle beef short rib, while bottomless brunches every Saturday promise to keep weekends lively.

Lillie’s offers something a little more refined, with a wine bar and restaurant celebrating British produce and English sparkling wines. Dishes include Salt Marsh lamb cutlets and lobster rolls, and there’ll even be afternoon tea served with skyline views across London.

Spanning 8,000 square feet, Wolves of Tokyo takes inspiration from Japanese noir. The immersive venue includes an 80-cover restaurant featuring counter seating, open-kitchen theatre and a private dining room. Upstairs, the 200-capacity rooftop cocktail bar will serve izakaya-style bites alongside inventive cocktails in what’s shaping up to be one of the city’s most exciting late-night spots.

And because this is Britain, the weather has been taken into account too. Every rooftop area will feature covered spaces, heaters and even a fully retractable roof — so the panoramic skyline views can be enjoyed whatever the forecast has in store.
