Rosina will bring Italian flavours to Wandsworth in London.

Chef Adam Byatt has announced the opening of his latest restaurant, Rosina, in Wandsworth, London. Scheduled to open on 29 June 2026, this marks the chef’s sixth restaurant, and it will celebrate Italian cuisine.

Chef Adam has often created concepts rooted in British and French cuisine. He previously worked at Brasserie Constance in Fulham and Charlie’s in Mayfair. For the past 20 years, he has been at the helm of Trinity in Clapham, London. Now, he brings that same spirit of community to this Italian restaurant. The new concept draws inspiration from what he cooks at home with his family, which he is now sharing with London. It is even named after his young daughter, Rosie.

Rosina will feature a dining room, bar, terrace, and a private dining room complete with its own outdoor space. The restaurant will accommodate 50 guests, and an additional 25 on the terrace. The menu will span lunch and dinner, and reflects Adam’s love of Italy. The menu will showcase regional dishes alongside produce from both Italy and the United Kingdom. Plus, there will also be a carefully curated wine list.

Adam said: “What I want to achieve with Rosina is simple, really – I want people to feel better when they leave than when they arrived. I want them to appreciate – even if they don’t notice them all – the thousand small things we do to make them feel good. That’s always been my aim. The menu is a tribute to one of the most loved cuisines in the world, and I can’t wait to share it with this London neighbourhood.
