Biscuitorium at Fortnum and Mason showcases 70 varieties of biscuits.

Luxury retailer Fortnum and Mason is turning up the joy with the launch of its new Biscuitorium, which opens on 14 May 2026. If you love a good biscuit with your cup of tea, then you’ll be spoilt for choice at the new site.

Spanning 200 square metres, the Biscuitorium is located on the mezzanine level and is a full-on celebration of Britain’s favourite sweet treat. With more than 70 varieties on offer, dazzling displays and exclusive new flavours, it promises to be a dream destination for biscuit lovers. At the Made in Piccadilly counter, shoppers can pick up freshly made favourites including Eton Mess and Chocolate, Oat and Ganache, and Peanuts and Caramel biscuits.

At the heart of the experience is The Biscuit Library, an interactive tasting adventure where visitors can discover the perfect biscuit at the touch of a button. Explore 12 flavour profiles, from Buttery and Traditional to Dark and Decadent. Plus, there is Fortnum and Mason’s first Biscuits for Drinks collection – a playful range of sweet and semi-sweet biscuits, which can be paired with drinks.

Fortnum and Mason unveiled its largest biscuit ever: the mighty Whoppalossus. This enormous chocolate-coated creation weighs a whopping 400g and measures 15.5cm wide. Designed for sharing, the flavours range from Marshmallow and Salted Almond Caramel to Pistachio and Raspberry Marshmallow.

Holly Warren, Biscuit Buyer at Fortnum and Mason, explains: “At Fortnum’s, biscuits have always held a special place in our hearts. The Biscuitorium is a space where we can celebrate both our heritage and our curiosity for new ideas – from perfecting much-loved classics to introducing playful innovations. We wanted to create something truly immersive that invites customers to explore, discover and, most importantly, indulge in the very best of biscuit craftsmanship.”

While you are at Fortnum and Mason, be sure to check out the recently redesigned The Parlour, which is home to its ice creams. British illustrator, Jonathan Burton, has designed the space, which combines colour, curiosity and creativity. The new menu focuses on the classics, evoking nostalgia for adults and excitement for kids. Highlights include the Cherry Knickerbocker Glory, Banana Split, and a richly layered Black Forest Gâteau.

The Biscuitorium collection will be available in-store and online.
