From sweets to street food, here’s how to enjoy Haldiram’s in London.
One of India’s most loved food brands is arriving in the heart of London. Since 1937, Haldiram’s has been delighting generations with its sweets and snacks, and now it will be landing in London. In June, Haldiram’s will open its first restaurant in the United Kingdom, and it will be located in Leicester Square.
Today, Haldiram’s has a presence in more than 80 countries and operates over 200 restaurants across North India. Spanning 3,000 square feet, the London restaurant will accommodate guests both indoors and outdoors. The interiors will feature nods to Indian heritage, bringing together timeless design and modern comfort in a warm and welcoming setting.

The space will also include a dedicated retail area, complete with a traditional sweets counter. Exclusive products for the London site are expected to launch in the future, all aimed at creating a seamless blend of dining and shopping under one roof. So, guests will be able to take the taste of the restaurant home.
The full menu has not yet been unveiled, but at its heart is a celebration of India’s best-loved dishes. Guests can enjoy comforting classics including the North Indian chickpea curry, choley bhature; Mumbai’s spiced vegetable dish, pao bhaji; and the crisp and colourful chaat favourite, raj kachori. Diners can also explore an extensive chaat menu, alongside a specially curated range of fusion-inspired desserts created exclusively for the London restaurant.

Leading the expansion is Rhea Agarwal, part of the founding family that now heads Haldiram’s. She explains: “While Haldiram’s is deeply rooted in tradition, we are equally committed to evolving with our consumers. London is an exciting step in making Haldiram’s a household name beyond India.”
