London is getting a new Mediterranean dining destination, and it comes with a hidden courtyard. Mour is set to open on Seymour Street in Marylebone on 26 June 2026, taking over the former Seymour’s space inside The Leonard Hotel.
Located within a Georgian townhouse, Mour will bring a fresh look and feel to the Central London address. The restaurant will replace the more traditional setting of Seymour’s with a contemporary dining room designed for relaxed lunches, elegant dinners and drinks in the heart of Marylebone. One of its standout features will be a covered, hidden courtyard, offering guests a quieter spot away from the bustle of the city.
The name Mour appears to be a playful nod to the restaurant’s Seymour Street location and its predecessor, Seymour’s. While the full design details have yet to be revealed, the refurbishment will give the hotel restaurant a new identity, positioning it among Marylebone’s growing collection of Mediterranean-inspired venues.
The menu will draw from Mediterranean flavours while adding modern touches. Dishes will include brie tortelloni with rainbow chard and grana padano foam, tataki di seabass with roasted garlic ponzu, and a duo of lamb served with rosemary jus. The selection suggests a menu that moves between comforting pasta, seafood and meat dishes, with enough variety for both casual dining and special occasions.

Drinks will also play a key role at Mour, with martinis taking centre stage. The restaurant will lean into London’s current appetite for classic cocktails, offering a list centred around the much-loved drink. One of the most intriguing serves is the Blind Faith Martini, which lets guests select their preferred base spirit before leaving the rest to the bartenders.
Further details are still limited, but Mour is shaping up to be a stylish new addition to the marvellous dining scene in Marylebone. With its Georgian setting, Mediterranean menu, martini focus and hidden courtyard, the restaurant looks set to bring a welcome new dining option to Central London this summer.
