Pearl: The New Restaurant Will Bring Mediterranean Magic to The Beaumont

London’s dining scene is one of the most diverse in the world, and Mediterranean cuisine continues to be one of the capital’s biggest culinary trends. This autumn, the new restaurant, Pearl, is set to open at The Beaumont in Mayfair. If you’re a foodie fan, then here’s what you need to know.

The Beaumont is a five-star hotel that boasts Art Deco style and features 101 rooms. The hotel is already home to the acclaimed Rosi, and Pearl will become the hotel’s second dining destination. Overseen by Culinary Director Lisa Goodwin-Allen, the new all-day restaurant will take centre stage in Brown Hart Gardens, which aims to be a stylish new venue in one of Mayfair’s elegant neighbourhoods.

Designed to capture the charm of Riviera promenades and Milanese piazzas, Pearl will combine elevated Mediterranean cooking with a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. At the heart of the concept is an expansive outdoor terrace that extends into a transformed Brown Hart Gardens. The green space was created by the late landscape architect and horticulturalist Nigel Dunnett, who was best known for the spectacular Superbloom installation in the Tower of London moat during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

While the full menu for Pearl at The Beaumont has yet to be revealed, diners can expect Mediterranean-inspired dishes influenced by Italy, Spain and Greece. A selection of small and large plates will celebrate bold flavours, seasonal ingredients and the spirit of shared dining. Open from morning through to evening, the restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, while also embracing the European tradition of leisurely aperitivo hours and family-style meals.
