The Grey Goose Chip Shop runs from 4 to 5 December.

High and low culture have come together to create an exciting experience. The Grey Goose Chip Shop is opening, combining – as the name suggests – martinis with chips. So, if you are not quite in the mood for dressing up in a martini bar or dressing down in the local chippy, this brings the best of both worlds together.

Running from 4 to 5 December, Grey Goose vodka is bringing the concept to life in the heart of Soho. Located on Greek Street, The Grey Goose Chip Shop operates from 6pm to midnight, making it a perfect spot for after-work bites and beverages, or a post-theatre meal.

The menu pairs five martinis and one Bloody Mary with portions of chunky chips. Options include the Classic Martini, a Gibson garnished with a balsamic-infused onion, and a Tartar-tini with tart lemon, fresh dill and capers. The pop-up serves the drinks alongside French fries topped with coq au vin, gruyère and truffle.

Visitors can choose a standard martini with chips or sample a flight of three mini martinis with fries. Both options start at £15. Guests cannot book in advance; the pop-up is open to walk-ins only.

Grey Goose was founded in France in 1997, using winter wheat and limestone-filtered spring water. The company prides itself on producing a premium-quality spirit, often enjoyed in cocktails, including martinis. Its portfolio has expanded to include flavoured vodkas, and Bacardi acquired the brand in 2004.
