Minor Hotels will open The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection in Q4 2026.
The five-star hotel will be located on Piccadilly, close to Mayfair, Green Park and Bond Street.
The Grade II listed former NatWest building will feature 50 rooms and suites, plus a restaurant and bar.

Minor Hotels is expanding its presence in the United Kingdom with the launch of its first Colbert Collection property in London. The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection is scheduled to open in Q4 2026, bringing the group’s new brand to one of the capital’s most sought-after addresses.
Located on Piccadilly, at the corner of Albemarle Street, the five-star hotel will feature 50 rooms and suites across six floors. The property will also include a restaurant and bar, placing food and social connection at the heart of the guest experience. The building previously housed a NatWest bank and offices, and is now being transformed into an intimate hotel in the centre of Mayfair.
The historic site was designed in 1922 and 1923 by Sir William Curtis Green, who was known for his classical architectural style. Now Grade II listed, the building reflects the grandeur of early 20th-century banking halls. Its conversion into a hotel forms part of a wider shift across the West End, where landmark commercial buildings are being reimagined for modern hospitality, dining and cultural use.
The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection will place guests close to some of the city’s most famous attractions. Hyde Park, Green Park, Buckingham Palace, Bond Street, Piccadilly Circus, Knightsbridge and the West End theatre district are all nearby. Green Park Underground Station is only a short walk away, offering direct links to Heathrow Airport, while Victoria Station is also within easy reach.
The hotel is owned by Royal Group of Companies Singapore, an international investor and developer with more than 70 years of experience across hotels, retail, offices, industrial and residential properties. The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection will mark the group’s first venture into Europe.

Colbert Collection brings together independent hotels with a focus on culinary culture, visual arts and authentic social moments. Each property will offer its own personality, with experiences spanning dining, culture, insider itineraries and community-led gatherings.
The launch also builds on Minor Hotels’ existing presence in London. The group owns The Wolseley Hospitality Group, whose restaurants include The Wolseley, The Delaunay, Colbert and Zedel.
