The Atlanta R&B star will perform at O2 Academy Brixton in support of his newly released album, Love Is The New Gangsta.

6LACK is heading to London. The five-time GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum artist will bring his “10 Years of 6LACK Tour” to O2 Academy Brixton on Thursday, 1 October 2026, marking a decade since he first introduced his distinctive blend of alternative R&B, rap and late-night introspection to the world.

Pronounced “black”, 6LACK first broke through in 2016 with his debut album, FREE 6LACK. The project established the Atlanta-raised artist as one of R&B’s most emotionally direct voices, balancing stripped-back production with lyrics about love, loneliness and self-preservation. Its breakout single, “PRBLMS,” became a defining track for a generation of R&B fans and helped position him as an artist unafraid to sit with discomfort.

His 2018 follow-up, East Atlanta Love Letter, pushed that sound further. Featuring collaborations with Future, J. Cole, Offset and Khalid, the album cemented 6LACK’s reputation for intimate songwriting and spacious production. Tracks such as “Pretty Little Fears,” “Switch,” and “Nonchalant” remain fan favourites, while collaborations including “OTW” with Khalid and Ty Dolla $ign, and “Calling My Phone” with Lil Tjay, brought his voice to a wider audience.

The London show arrives as 6LACK enters a new era with the release of his fourth studio album, Love Is The New Gangsta. The 15-track record sees the artist continue to explore vulnerability, fatherhood, healing and personal growth. Songs such as “Bird Flu,” “I Guess,” “Trauma”, “Sunday Again” featuring 2 Chainz, “Ashin’ the Blunt” featuring Young Thug, and “Vision” reflect an artist looking inward while still delivering the hypnotic hooks and shadowy production that have become his signature.
