Harvey Nichols has opened a dedicated wellness floor at its Knightsbridge flagship.
The space includes Pilates in the Clouds and The Harvey Nichols Clinic.

The London department store has transformed its fourth floor into a destination for Pilates, cryotherapy, IV therapy, activewear and wellness nutrition.
Luxury retail is moving beyond fashion and beauty, and Harvey Nichols is leaning into the shift. The iconic Knightsbridge department store has unveiled a new wellness floor at its Harvey Nichols London flagship, bringing together fitness, recovery, treatments, activewear and nutrition under one roof.
Located on the fourth floor, the concept forms part of Harvey Nichols’ ongoing three-year refurbishment project. Rather than adding wellness as a small extension of its beauty department, the retailer has created a dedicated destination where visitors can train, recover, shop, and refuel in a single visit.

Designed to feel closer to a private wellness club than a traditional department store, the Harvey Nichols wellness floor features calming interiors, natural light and views across Knightsbridge and Sloane Street. The result is a lifestyle-led space that taps into the growing appetite for self-care, longevity and health-conscious luxury.
One of the main draws is Pilates in the Clouds, the second location for the Notting Hill-born reformer Pilates concept. The studio is currently the only place in London offering advanced Cadillac Pilates classes alongside private full-apparatus sessions, making it a strong addition for fitness fans and wellness-focused shoppers.

The floor is also home to The Harvey Nichols Clinic, which offers aesthetic treatments, including facials, non-invasive injectables and recovery-led therapies. 111Cryo brings sub-zero cryotherapy to the department store, with a chamber designed to support recovery, reduce fatigue and improve overall well-being.
Visitors can also find Reviv, which offers IV infusions, vitamin booster injections and lymphatic drainage treatments inspired by Ayurvedic principles. Elsewhere, LaserHQ has made Harvey Nichols its exclusive London location, where it offers advanced laser treatments and aesthetic procedures.

Fashion remains central to the experience. Premium activewear and athleisure labels, including Vuori, Tala, Adidas and New Balance, are featured throughout the space, allowing shoppers to refresh their gym wardrobe while exploring the wider wellness offering.
Nutrition is also part of the mix. Smoov and Healf offer protein smoothies, supplements and recovery-focused products designed to support energy, sleep and everyday well-being.
