Nancy’s is set to bring a dose of fun to London Bridge. Opening on 1 June 2026, the bar will offer drinks, dancing and a disco ball. Taking its name from Nancy in Charles Dickens’s Oliver Twist, it will offer plenty of personality.

Nancy’s has been created by two workers from the FACT Dining Award London-nominated, Swift. Leading the charge are general manager Max Wolff and bartender Martha May Markham. The cocktail menu draws from the nearby Borough Market, as the pair have worked closely with local traders to create drinks bursting with flavour and a touch of theatre.

The venue embraces Nancy’s mischievous spirit and is designed around having a good time. Think tiger-print pool rooms, glowing chromatic floor lamps, animal-print banquettes and a shimmering disco-ball dancefloor made for dancing long into the night. The atmosphere will include DJs, live acoustic sessions and sweeping skyline views. Plus, it will be one of the few spots open until 2am on weekends.

At the heart of the experience is the Lady Luck Negroni trolley, where guests roll a die to discover which version they’ll be sipping. Choices include a classic Negroni, decadent chocolate variation with an orange chocolate truffle, and The Rosé blending mezcal, sloe gin and absinthe.

The Dirty Martini uses leftover olive brine from Borough Olives, and the Humble Crumble offers a sweet option. Guests can also enjoy a trio of small sips, a miniature twist on classics designed for easy experimentation and shared moments.
