Get ready to swing into action. Spider-Man: Brand New Day has landed in cinemas, and this marks the fourth MCU Spider-Man film in the latest series. The story sees Tom Holland put the Spidey suit on one more time, and he is joined by Zendaya, Sadie Sink and Mark Ruffalo. The film sees Peter Parker devote his life to being Spider-Man and protecting New York City. As the demands on him increase, the pressure sparks an evolution that threatens his existence. The film has been shot around the world, from New York to Glasgow and London. If you’d like to follow in those wall-crawling footsteps, here are the filming locations for Spider-Man in London.
Battersea Park
Battersea Park is located south of the River Thames, in the borough of Wandsworth. Spanning 200 acres, it is a Grade II-listed park. Over the years, it has hosted concerts by the likes of Peter Gabriel and The Stranglers, as well as the FIA Formula E World Championship. Today, it is home to a boating lake, children’s zoo and sports facilities, from tennis courts to running tracks. When the Spider-Man crew came to this park in London, they shot scenes by West Carriage Drive. Make like Tom and Zendaya, and pick up a coffee at Pear Tree Café in the park.

Historic Dockyard Chatham
Get swept away by the charm of Historic Dockyard Chatham in Kent. The maritime site serves as a key filming location for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Turk’s Boatyard and Slip 7 were transformed by the production crew to double as a villain’s lair. HMS Cavalier, a Second World War destroyer, was also used in the scenes. Set over 80 acres and containing more than 100 buildings dating from the Georgian and Victorian periods, it is open to the public. Pinewood Studios
Pinewood Studios is the home of British filmmaking. Since opening in 1936, the James Bond, Harry Potter and Star Wars franchises have all filmed on the site. Today, it has also been used for MCU films. For Spider-Man: Brand New Day, it was used for production and soundstage work. If you are looking to visit the site and see Spider-Man locations in London, sadly it is not possible, as it is a working film and television studio.

Ravenscourt Park
When Spider-Man: Brand New Day first started filming at Ravenscourt Park, it was under the working title Blue Oasis. There was a buzz around the sighting of Tom Holland, film crews and stuntmen. Located in Hammersmith, the park boasts a fascinating history – King Edward III’s mistress, Alice Perrers, lived in a manor in the park. Today, the park is open to the public and is home to play areas and water features.

Senate House
Senate House has quietly and confidently stood in Bloomsbury, London. During the Second World War, it was used by the Ministry of Information, and went on to be depicted in George Orwell’s novel 1984 as the Ministry of Truth. Today, it is part of the University of London and houses a library. Over the years, it has featured in the films Batman Begins, Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit and Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang. Now, it also features in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Wembley Park
Social media went into a frenzy as videos of someone in a Spider-Man suit were spotted in Wembley Park. According to reports, the scenes included a stunt double – you were missed, Tom – and were shot as part of the promotional material. The images and videos show a stuntman performing action sequences and wire-work. Located in north-west London, Wembley Park includes restaurants, bars and cafés as well as the football stadium that has recently hosted concerts by Bruno Mars and The Weeknd.
