This Halloween, CÉ LA VI is hosting a New York-inspired dinner party. The menu of freshly made dishes includes truffle “sushi rice” risotto, fried calamari, and dried chilli chicken wings, along with an assortment of desserts. In celebration of White Truffle Season, Scalini invites guests on a gastronomical adventure that pairs the rare treasure with exquisite Italian dishes. The specially curated seasonal menu includes Burrata White Truffle (fresh burrata cheese served on a bed of mixed mushrooms with rocket, crowned with shavings of white truffle and White Asparagus) and the harmonious union of white truffles atop the Clarified Butter Tagliolini, homemade tagliolini prepared “alla Scalini” in a large Grana Padano Cheese Wheel, and the indulgent Aquarello Parmesan Risotto. For the Tulum edition of Bagatelle Around The World, Bagatelle Dubai will be inspired by its international counterpart and sister property – Bagatelle Tulum.
