Indulge in the new truffle menu at Bella Restaurant & Lounge
Whilst truffles are at the heart of authentic Italian cooking, Bella has gone above and beyond, innovating an entire menu dedicated to the delicious ingredient. The experience begins with a classic homemade sourdough bread served with truffle butter, followed by starters such as beef tartar and hazelnut emulsion with white truffle; deep-fried poached egg and black truffle; white asparagus salad with white truffle; and mushroom parfait on brioche bread and black truffle. Second-course options include homemade agnolotti with truffle or risotto Parmigiano with white truffle. The experience finishes with a hazelnut semifreddo served with warm black truffle sauce and chocolate crumbs.
Party with DJ Gregor Salto at Amazónico’s terrace reopening
Following the successful revamp of the restaurant last month, Amazónico reopens its Copacabana Rooftop Terrace with an exciting new look and a grand celebration headlined by DJ and producer Gregor Salto. Dominating the Dutch music scene for a decade, Gregor Salto fuses elements of Latin funk and African grooves laid over a solid base of house and electro. Having collaborated with the biggest names in the industry like Afrojack, Fatboy Slim, Rita Ora and Ariana Grande, DJ Gregor Salto is set to electrify the rooftop with his contagious energy. Weekend lunch at Netsu, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai
The Warayaki-style dining destination – the first of its kind in Dubai and the largest outside of Japan – will be serving its signature Japanese à la carte menu every Friday and Saturday lunchtime. Diners booking the weekend lunch can expect Netsu’s signature Warayaki-style grills, sushi and sashimi platters, alongside Grilled Teriyaki Octopus, Warayaki Burrata, Kimchee Mussels and Truffle Beef Rice. Served on the restaurant’s lower level and outdoor terrace, diners will also be able to enjoy Netsu’s masterfully crafted cocktails. Fridays and Saturdays, from 12:30pm to 3pm.
Afternoon Tea with Chef’s Chris Malone and Gregory Doyen at Ossiano
The two leading chefs will collaborate under the sea to present what is sure to be an unforgettable afternoon tea experience. Expect a selection of sandwiches presented by Ossiano’s chef Chris Malone, followed by a delectable array of cakes and patisserie by world-renowned pastry chef Gregory Doyen.
