SUSHISAMBA’s brand new Vivo Business Lunch offers miso soup followed by the choice of two starters and one main course, including SAMBA Caesar Salad, Peruvian Corn Salad, Sea Bream Seviche, Chilean Seabass Antichucho, Crispy Tofu Taquitos and Asevichado SAMBA Roll. Promising an intimate soirée with a bohemian aesthetic, Dinner in The Sand allows guests to dine under the stars accompanied by beachfront views, twinkling lights and delicious cuisine. MASTI will host globally-acclaimed mixologists José Luis León and Eduardo Nava Mendoza for a five-day pop-up. The two mixologists hail from Mexico’s esteemed Licorería Limantour, which recently took sixth place in “The World’s 50 Best Bars” 2021 Awards. The cocktails at the MASTI x Limantour pop-up include the “Margarita Al Pastor” mixed with taco and lime juice, the “God of War” blended with pineapple, pepper oxymel and Perrier Grapefruit, and the ”Jaggery-Old-Fashioned” served with pistachio, tonka beans and tangy Jerry Thomas bitters.
