An exciting new Spanish concept has opened 19 floors above the UAE capital at Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi. Rayana Latin Tapas Bar, an innovative new food and beverage concept takes centre stage within the Guinness World Record holding leaning tower of Abu Dhabi.
