Culinary Master Series at Shangri La Hotel Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi

Enjoy an exciting culinary experience highlighting Michelin-starred chef Baptiste Renouard through an exclusive five-course set menu featuring his signature dishes. Presenting unexpected flavours and expertly crafted dishes, the chef is known for his classic but assertive approach to French cuisine, so it’s no surprise that Ochre was awarded a Michelin star earlier this year. The five-course menu will begin with a delectable amuse-bouche, followed by a tarte Tatin with turnips and puffed buckwheat. The main course will include snacked scallops with butternut and fresh black truffles, as well as Australian beef tenderloin. As for dessert? The chef’s signature dish features his childhood memories and is followed up with fruit mousse tartlets and the popular Paris-Brest. AED 388 (soft beverages) and AED 576 (grape pairing).
