Indulge in the new Japazónico lunch menu at Amazónico

Head down to the FACT award-winning DIFC hotspot to discover the recently launched three-course Japazónico lunch menu, showcasing Amazónico’s tropical take on traditional sushi. Begin with a light quinoa salad, followed by a selection of tiradito, including sweet hamachi flavoured with passion fruit teriyaki or the beetroot tiradito served with purple corn gazpacho and mascarpone. Guests can then choose one maki and one nigiri from the set menu. The selection includes a zesty Amazónico roll with avocado, mango, coconut and cacao nibs, the seabass roll – complete with red amadai, rocoto acevichado and sesame, as well as the aromatic yuzu rosemary roll made with pickled vegetables, rosemary and yuzu. Available Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 4pm. AED 125 per person.

There is no better combination than steak and fries. The new French restaurant Le Rosé has launched a culinary evening that serves up 250g of Black Angus Rib Eye and unlimited fries. The only thing that makes this combination better is a beautiful grape to wash it down and so Le Rosé is offering free-flowing grape for two hours. AED 125 (steak and unlimited fries) and an additional AED 165 (for two hours of unlimited grape). Thursdays, from 7pm.

Dine on one-of-a-kind fried chicken at Jailbird

Popular fried-chicken joint, Jailbird has opened a 40-seat restaurant in Motor City. The new venue offers dine-in and delivery options, plus two Motor City exclusive dishes: Thunderbird (smoked chipotle glaze, fried onion crunch, pickled onion slaw and JB sauce) and Chocolate Softie (chocolate and hazelnut softie with salted caramel & hazelnuts). The menu is a homage to fried chicken, offering signature buns such as Nashville Chicken Melt Sando (hot glaze, pickled onions, dill pickles, iceberg lettuce and JB sauce), Richie Rich (black truffle mayo, kale and truffled gouda) and Korean BBQ (bean sprout slaw, Korean BBQ sauce, sesame and miso mayo, pickles).

Weekend lunch at Netsu

The Warayaki-style dining destination – the first of its kind in Dubai and the largest outside of Japan – will be serving its signature Japanese à la carte menu every Saturday and Sunday lunchtime. Diners booking the weekend lunch can expect Netsu’s signature Warayaki-style grills, sushi and sashimi platters, alongside Grilled Teriyaki Octopus, Warayaki Burrata, Kimchee Mussels and Truffle Beef Rice.
