Saudi Arabia unveils the theme for 93rd National Day

Check out this year’s theme – “We dream and we achieve”.

Saudi Arabia’s National Day takes place each year on 23 September. This year marks the 93rd National Day, and it looks set to be an exciting event. Turki Al-Sheikh, chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority, has announced the theme – “We dream and we achieve”.

This year’s theme ties in with Saudi Vision 2030 and how the Kingdom is filled with ambition. The new logo includes a man and a woman in the middle, and symbols of different projects across the country. The images include AlUla, AlSoudah, Astronaut Program, Cube Project, Diriyah, King Salman Park, The Line, Sindalah, Shuaiba Solar Power Plant and Sports Boulevard.

Saudi National Day is a significant day that marks the birth of modern-day Saudi Arabia. In 1932, the unification of the Kingdom of Najd and Hijaz took place. Today, the event is a chance for Saudi Arabia to celebrate its accomplishments since its foundation of this Kingdom and look to future accomplishments.

Each year, festivities take place across the country with special events including parades, concerts and fireworks. No modern-day Saudi National Day celebration is complete without songs. The four songs to celebrate the occasion are Above the Clouds, My Home Is Here, Our Date 2030 and Yes.

Happy Saudi National Day.
