Guided Meditation Sessions:

Enjoy a 14 or 21 guided meditation challenge with Dina Ghandour via zoom on Sunday, 25 July. I have been following Dina’s journey during the pandemic and her wellness tips and posts have helped me. 

Dina is a yoga teacher, energy healer and meditation coach who will be guiding you step by step. This is your chance to create a lasting habit by committing to just 20 minutes a day for up to three weeks, all from the comfort of your own home.

The mediation is ideal for those seeking more calm from the chaos of life, relieving anxiety if you want to feel more energised and aligned, and for improved sleeping.

The guided meditation is great for beginners or seasoned sitters seeking community and collective energy.

Start planning your next Wellbeing Retreat:

I am so big on retreats and the good news is, the UAE wants to become a leading wellbeing retreat hub. Each retreat has a different theme and it helps me be mindful of my health and promotes a sense of community with like-minded people. They recently held a wellness retreat at Jumeirah Al Qasr and it was a great turnout.

Led by clinical hypnotherapist Rachel Dowes and international life coach Sophia Bakkal, challenging you to reclaim and revitalise your life. 

Ideal for the whole family or individuals, the retreats feature activities such as sunrise beach yoga, mindfulness, meditation, capoeira and Zumba.

Start a Sound Healing course:

I love sound healing. It instantly destresses and helps me to focus on my breath and this fantastic opportunity allows you to learn to play sound healing bowls with a 20-hour sound immersion course.

Some of the topics covered include chakras, sound waves, brain waves, and the history and origin of singing bowls. You will be fully immersed in the practical side of playing the bowls, positioning on or around the body, and using the bowls to serve someone’s healing.
