Roobaru on Burj Khalifa Boulevard offers an elevated ten-course Indian menu curated from its fire pit. Available for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike, begin with jalapeño sev puri, cured seabass and avocado chaat and the galli ka bhutta (corn pudding with charred kernels). Tantalise the tastebuds with siliguri momo and the nimbu paani (frozen pomegranate and lime).
