Villa Toscana is hosting its own Una Festa della Mozzarella, showcasing an array of mozzarella and inviting you to sample as many as you desire. Chef Rosario begins the experience by asking each diner to share the type of mozzarella cheeses they prefer. Then, after explaining the attributes of each variety, he will create a spread to suit each person’s preferences. The selection includes buffalo mozzarella, burrata, Stracciatella and finally smoked mozzarella, ideal for those who prefer cheeses with a richer and more distinct taste. AED 120 per person.
