Sublimotion have taken up residence at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, showcasing to the luckiest of Dubai diners why it has been at the top of the world’s culinary rankings since its inception in 2014. The immersive dining experience accommodates only 12 people at a time, ensuring utmost exclusivity. 360-degree screens with imagery are projected onto every surface as ten whimsical courses prepared with the finest ingredients are transformed with every scene and accented with incomparable performances. A night of live music with Room84 at Indochine

DIFC hotspot Indochine have launched ROOM 84, a new live music night on Mondays. The format incorporates a stripped-back living room setting for guests to experience and interact with hand-picked local and international talent. The performances feature a weekly rotation of singers, including Sean LipseyShanice MichaelsHiran BentonColin Gordon and Anthony Muthurajah, accompanied by some of the best musicians in the city. The bands will perform during a series of three live sets from 8:30pm until midnight.

Atlantis, The Palm is hosting the fourth edition of its Culinary Month and invites guests to have dinner presented by celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Murder Mystery Dinner at Flashback Speakeasy Bar & Lounge, Paramount Hotel Dubai

After two successful sell-out runs, Paramount Hotel Dubai’s Murder Mystery dinner is back with a new cast and narrative. Hidden behind a bookcase in the hotel’s glamorous lobby, diners will enter the Flashback Speakeasy Bar & Lounge and travel back to Spanish Harlem in 1920’s New York City. So put on your investigation hat as you step into a story straight out of a film at this movie-inspired hotel and help to solve a century-old homicide. So come dressed in your favourite 1920’s attire while gathering clues from the characters and hidden rooms. The Murder Mystery Dinner is available every Wednesday, from 7pm. Formed 58 years ago by singer-songwriter Bob Marley, along with Bunny Walker, Peter Tosh and the Barrett Brothers, the Wailer’s claimed their place in music history as era-defining giants of the reggae scene.
