The traditional British roast dinner is the crowning glory of the weekend, and few make them better than Gordon Ramsay. The Ramsay Roast served at Bread Street Kitchen & Bar means that family and friends can gather together for a feast. Expect a choice of roast beef sirloin, roast chicken or roast lamb, accompanied by golden roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, glazed carrots, parsnips, kale and savoy cabbage. Of course, the classic British dinner wouldn’t be complete without an indulgent pudding and the trifle of the day is will ensure the meal ends on a sweet note. Watch the Expo 2020 Dubai Opening Ceremony

Utilising the largest immersive sound installation in the world and the world’s largest blended video projection installation, an incredible roster of international, regional, and home-grown talent will perform at Expo 2020’s Opening Ceremony in Al Wasl Plaza. Spectators will enjoy a display of stunning visuals, music and performances, as some of the world’s most creative minds, internationally renowned artists and emerging talents come together in a dazzling, ground-breaking performance that will be shared with audiences around the world. Among those slated to perform are world-famous tenor Andrea Bocelli; Grammy-nominated, Golden Globe-winning actress, singer and songwriter Andra Day; Platinum-selling British singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding; international mega-star pianist Lang Lang; and four-time Grammy winner Angelique Kidjo. World Pizza Champion Danilo Sangrigoli at The Beach House, Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

Chef Danilo Sangrigoli returns to Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort for the fourth time. The three-time World Pizza Champion and the only competitor to win both the acrobatic and baking sections of the Italian Pizza Championship will be at The Beach House, serving special pizza and pasta menus for lunch and dinner. The charismatic Italian talent is expected to dazzle guests with his acrobatic displays of dough twirling and high-velocity pizza crafting. Fresh pasta dishes include gnocchi al Taleggio, homemade tagliatelle, spaghetti and lasagne. His pizza dishes range from a classic Margherita to a ‘pizza e pere’ combining pears and burrata. Available daily until 2 October 2021, from 12.30pm to 1am.
