Industry Night at The Hidden Hog, DIFC:

DIFC’s newest eatery has launched a night dedicated to treating the hospitality industry staff in Dubai this week, with a flat 50% discount off their total bill. All items available on The Hidden Hog’s food and beverage menus are applicable to the discount, including great after-work drink accompaniments. Highlights include yellowfin tuna tagliata with a pistachio crust and Romeo and Juliet pizza of cream of zucchini, mozzarella, mascarpone and smoked salmon. To avail of the Industry Night offer, hospitality employees must show a valid employment ID card. Sundays, from 10am to 3am.

The Art of Dining at Hutong, DIFC:

Hutong, the contemporary Northern Chinese restaurant is DIFC has launched an elegantly curated lunch and dinner menu in celebration of the region’s leading art fair, Art Dubai. Stars on the unlimited Dim Sum Lunch menu include a rich Black Pepper Beef Bao, Sweet Bean Sauce Chicken Bao and Black Garlic and Chicken Siu Mai. Guests visiting Hutong for dinner will be treated to a menu of stand-out dishes, including the Wild Mushroom and Truffle Bao, the signature Ma La Chilli Prawns and Yu Xiang Crispy Eggplant. The feast is rounded-off with the delightfully light Bao and Soy or spiced Ma La dessert. Available 29 March to 3 April. AED 98 (unlimited dim sum lunch) and AED 198 (Art Dubai Dinner Menu).
