Indulge in the Trèsind Studio X Quintonil collaborative dinner
Considering team FACT hailed Trèsind Studio as ‘Restaurant of the Year’ at the FACT Dining Awards Dubai 2021, it’s evident that we’re big fans of Chef Himanshu Saini’s culinary prowess. The young tastemaker is gearing up to join forces with Chef Jorge Vallejo for an exciting dining event from 7 to 9 January. Diners will be treated to a selection of Vallejo’s signature dishes alongside a curated selection of new dishes by Saini for AED 995 per person (food only), with both 6:30pm and 9:30pm seatings available.

Starting 2022 with a bang, Palazzo Versace Dubai will see the triumphant return of singer Rogelio Douglas Jr. to the stage at Q’s Bar this weekend. The performer will be bringing down the house with his live performances featuring the songs of Otis Redding, John Legend and Pharrell Williams, mixed in with the sounds of Motown. Following the immense popularity of his three residencies, Rogelio will be performing his soulful music at Palazzo Versace’s intimate jazz bar for five nights only. AED 350 per person minimum spend on weekends.

Brunch under the shadow of Ain Dubai at SHI
SHI, the opulent Chinese restaurant near Ain Dubai, offers a new brunch featuring an indulgent three-course set menu. The brunch commences with a variety of sushi, followed by crispy duck bao buns, dim sums, prawn salad and crispy soft-shell crab. Diners can then indulge in main courses, with choice in Wagyu beef in black pepper sauce, wok-tossed lobster, grilled Chilean seabass with honey sauce and corn-fed chicken with black bean sauce. Desserts include taro crème brûlée and mochi, while DJ Joker takes the lead on entertainment. Saturdays, from 1pm to 4pm. AED 380 (soft beverages), AED 480 (house beverages) and AED 650 (bubbly).
Enjoy a Botanical Brunch at The London Project
The London Project on Bluewaters Island has moved its weekly Botanical Brunch to Saturday lunchtimes to welcome the UAE’s new working week. Guests can expect free-flowing beverages, a fusion of sharing-style starters, a choice of main course, as well as a selection of sweets and live entertainment at the foot of Dubai’s newest must-see attraction, Ain Dubai. An energy-inducing atmosphere is provided by a live saxophonist and resident DJ Rootical Deep, who takes to the decks to create an upbeat vibe with current beats. Saturdays, from 1pm to 4pm. AED 375 (house beverages) and AED 475 (premium beverages).
