Business lunch at Tandoor Tina
The vibrant venue at 25hours Hotel One Central caters to an array of audiences. Tina’s Express Lunch is offered on weekdays and features a ‘thali’ style dining experience with a choice of one starter, one main, one side and one dessert. Dishes on offer include Indian spiced scotch egg, Saag aloo “shepherd’s pie” with stilton gravy and chargrilled sea bream fillet with shrimp butter masala. That’s your next working lunch, sorted! The Big Quiz with Rossi runs every Tuesday. Participants in teams of five (or less) can put their trivia to the test and compete for prizes, including brunch vouchers and hotel stays. The FACT award-winning ‘best European restaurant’ will offer its menu of the day every Friday, featuring dishes such as seven day-aged beetroot tartar with Roquefort cheese, BOCA’s chicken salad with poached free-range egg, smoked cauliflower risotto with pistachios and labneh, black tagliatelle pasta with local grilled squid, and an Argentinian Angus striploin with grilled green asparagus. Vegan Food Festival at Expo 2020 Dubai
The first vegan food festival in the Middle East will take over Expo 2020 Dubai from 14 to 30 January 2022. The exciting culinary experience at Festival Garden (close to the Malaysia Pavilion) will showcase plant-based food in association with Vegan Days. During the festival, hungry diners can indulge in sweet and savoury dishes from global tastemakers, including Michelin rated chef Matthew Kenney and local street food legends Papa Burty’s, known for their vegan Jamaican vegan patties. Guests can also visit Botany Lab, a fully vegan and organic spa focusing on enhancing the skin’s beauty with non-invasive treatments. Available daily until 30 January, from 12pm to 2am.
