Dine with Chef Mauro at Celebrities
Guests at One&Only Royal Mirage can expect an exclusive menu at Celebrities this weekend, hosted by Chef Mauro himself. His restaurant Mirazur, on the French Riviera, was named Number 1 in the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” in 2019, and he was the first non-French chef to be awarded three Michelin stars in France. With a creative menu selection that plays to the sociable trend of the city, sharing is central to the Celebrities ideology and promises convivial French dining at its very best. With an impeccable beard and a booming baritone voice, Rick Ross has shot to the forefront of the industry, having collaborated with Drake, French Montana, Nas, Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Chris Brown and Future. The American rapper is known for his hits “Hustlin” and “Money In The Grave.” Friday 4 March, from 10pm.

Party at Meydan Racecourse with The Secret Fashion Garden Brunch
Featuring a magnificent spread of food, unlimited beverages and the best views of the Dubai World Cup Carnival races, particularly the Super Saturday event, Secret Parties returns to Meydan for a one-off brunch. Daniel Boulud returns to Dubai to cook for guests at Brasserie Boulud this weekend. Packed with show-stopping flavours, guests will indulge in various hand-crafted dishes, including Rouleau de Foie Gras Poire-Cassis, Ballotine de Sole a la Polonaise and Le Palet d’Or from the open kitchen, where you can watch the culinary maestro at work. Yoga and grape lovers can pour a glass and downward dog at Th8 Palm. Attendees can sip and pose surrounded by views of Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai Marina skyline to create the perfect harmonic balance. The Tasting Class’s guided grape tasting session will offer guests four delicious and refreshing glasses of carefully selected grape. Simply raising a glass for another pour, as vino-loving yoga instructors take the group through the ultimate yogi poses. Celebrate Sakura Blossom Month at Katsuya
Katsuya at Hyde Hotel Dubai celebrates the onset of springtime with Sakura Blossom Month. The curated menu by Head Chef Pavel, O-Hanami, is named after the ancient Japanese tradition of flower viewing. This alluring menu incorporates the delicate petals into a five-course degustation experience, starting with steamed edamame and followed by Sakura miso salmon teriyaki, scallop carpaccio with avocado cream, duck breast with berry teriyaki sauce, and a cherry blossom dessert. Available until 31 March, from 7pm to 1am. AED 385 per person.
