The four-course menu features Sea Bass Usuzukuri, a Chef’s Selection of Nigiri and sashimi, Oven-Baked Sweet Miso Marinated Black Cod and Yuzu Cheesecake with Black Sesame Crumble, paired with a selection of premium sake. The menu boasts a concise selection of dishes such as Rainbow Heirloom Carrots, Salmon Carpaccio, Mapo Burrata, Chilli Chicken, Corn Fed Baby Chicken with Coconut Curry, Wagyu Smash Burger, and Brown Butter Prawn Salsa Macha. To conclude the meal on a sweet note, dessert options include Mango Panna Cotta or Baked Alaska Tiramisu Mochi paired with Hot Chocolate Mocha. Available daily from 5:30pm to 7pm.
