The FACT Award-winning Mimi Kakushi will serve a sake pairing menu in honour of World Sake Day. The four-course menu features Sea Bass Usuzukuri, a Chef’s Selection of Nigiri and sashimi, Oven-Baked Sweet Miso Marinated Black Cod and Yuzu Cheesecake with Black Sesame Crumble, paired with a selection of premium sake. Enjoy an evening of French finesse
Indulge in an evening of French elegance every Tuesday at Bagatelle Dubai. The ‘Mardi French Night’ offers revellers a weekly celebration of French finesse where the restaurant is transformed into a Parisian paradise, offering a delightful escape from the ordinary. Jun’s from chef Kelvin Cheung has introduced a pre-theatre menu, ideal for those looking to dine in style before a night at Dubai Opera. The menu boasts a concise selection of dishes such as Rainbow Heirloom Carrots, Salmon Carpaccio, Mapo Burrata, Chilli Chicken, Corn Fed Baby Chicken with Coconut Curry, Wagyu Smash Burger, and Brown Butter Prawn Salsa Macha. To conclude the meal on a sweet note, dessert options include Mango Panna Cotta or Baked Alaska Tiramisu Mochi paired with Hot Chocolate Mocha. Available daily from 5:30pm to 7pm. Gohan, the Japanese dining gem at Emirates Towers, may be small but it has cultivated a cult following. Paying tribute to the tradition of Japanese dining spaces, the restaurant’s new Sushi Matsuri promotion promises an elegant street food experience, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of sushi delights backed by a soundtrack of Hip-Hop and R&B. Inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean and the Middle East, Nuska Beach transports guests to a coastal paradise with a sensorial culinary journey, unparalleled views and a lively day-to-night ambience. Aquaventure After Dark is poised to make a triumphant return at the Guinness World Record-holding Aquaventure Waterpark in the UAE this week.
