Experience the region’s first listening bar

Honeycomb Hi-Fi brings to life a record store, izakaya kitchen and the Middle East’s first listening bar inside the Pullman Dubai Downtown hotel. From the record storefront, guests enter into “The Listening Room”, where the warm interior lighting brings a honey hue to the perforated wooden wall panels resembling a honeycomb, whilst acoustic foam-covered ceilings reaffirm the audio-centric dining and drinks experience. The casual Japanese menu from Chef Matt Abergel is broken down into cold/raw, hot, binchotan grill and rice/noodles sections. Signature dishes include scallop siu mai and mochi stuffed wings with yuzu chilli salt.
