Wagyu Vs. Sushi at Catch at St. Regis, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi
The picturesque restaurant, located on the sands of the Corniche, has curated a special set menu that combines the complementing flavours of quality Wagyu beef with fresh and exceptional Japanese sushi. The experience begins with edamame beans, followed by a nutritious Asian salad, before tucking into a platter of sushi and sashimi, including California, crispy chicken, spicy salmon, blowtorch and dynamite maki rolls, plus salmon, tuna and yellowtail sashimi and nigiri. In addition to this showstopping spread, diners are also presented with a sumptuous piece of Wagyu beef accompanied by truffle beef jus and Cajun wedges.
