Check out an intimate omakase

Michelin recognised Solemann Haddad’s intimate eight-seater omakase is back. The new menu at Moonrise presents a convergence of Middle Eastern flavours and the Japanese pursuit of perfection across nine exciting courses. The menu also pays homage to Solemann’s childhood inspirations with new creations such as the grilled cheese (36-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano and black pepper emulsion). Moonrise favourites including the foie gras puri ‘explosion’ (date syrup, autumn truffle, saffron and pineapple chutney), will also make an appearance. Moonrise offers two seatings nightly at 6:45pm and 8:45pm, from Monday to Saturday. AED 650 per person.
