Ski chalet-themed concept Publique and MICHELIN Bib Gourmand-awarded restaurant Reif Japanese Kushiyaki have joined forces for the first time, pairing unconventional Japanese creations with comforting Alpine dishes to result in a truly unique offering in Dubai. Salvatore Calabrese, also known as “The Maestro,” will visit the FACT Award-winning Alici to celebrate the magic and theatre of Italian hospitality. Calabrese has over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry and holds the record for creating the world’s most expensive cocktail. During the event, he will present a special cocktail list featuring sophisticated classics and Amalfi Coast-inspired options. Friday 13 January, from 6pm.
