Learn the art of Italian pizza at SOLE
The famous Pizzaiolo Errico Porzio will join Chef Simone DeVivo and his team from Italy to launch a new wood-burning pizza oven at SOLE. Watch the dynamic duo put on a pizza show while dining on authentic Italian dishes amidst a cosy setting. Available daily until Friday 20 May, from 12:30pm to 3pm and 7pm to 11pm.

Located on Corniche Road and boasting striking sea views, Em Sherif Café is rooted in an extensive à la carte menu that presents authentic Lebanese delicacies in a new light. All ingredients are chosen with a personal touch, from the fresh produce to the succulent meats, to surprise and delight guests through innovative dishes. The menu features an extensive selection of salads as well as cold and hot mezze, with signatures including the famous fresh Lebanese Tabbouleh in three equally delectable variations, a hearty lentil salad, a classic creamy hummus topped with roasted pine nuts, Mloukhiye bel Zeit (jute leaves in olive oil), and the flavoursome Kishk & Awarma. The menu also includes a daily dish and mains, such as the flavour-packed Chicken Msakhan.

Dim Sum, Then Some Lunch at Hakkasan
Every Saturday, guests at Hakkasan Abu Dhabi can also enjoy the ‘Dim Sum, Then Sum’ lunch special, which speaks to the unique elements of Hakkasan’s personality. The menu is prepared with Hakkasan’s trademark touch and features delicious soft-shell crab taro croquettes, truffle chicken Xiao long bao, fresh Chilean seabass dumplings, roasted duck pumpkin dumplings, king crab dumplings, and the Wagyu beef puff. Saturdays, from 12pm to 3:30pm. AED 98 (three baskets of dim sum) or AED 138 (five baskets of dim sum).
Enjoy a Latin American brunch at VaKaVa
The VaKaVa Brunch invites guests to embark on an enlightening epicurean experience. The table-service experience features a selection of hot and cold starters followed by a choice of signature mains before ending with a classic dessert. Dishes available in the recent weeks have included guacamole, scallop tiradito, beef filet anticucho and wild mushroom coca flatbread to start. Straight from the grill, the mains will be a choice of striploin steak topped with chimichurri or sea bass infused with lemongrass, ginger and miso. Those with a sweet tooth will delight in ending their meal with La Bomba, an indulgent package concealing an explosion of flavours. Saturdays from 2pm to 7pm. AED 295 (soft beverages) and AED 495 (house beverages).
