Guests can enjoy a selection of menu items prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients, such as raspberry and violet profiterole, mandarin macaroon, chocolate and peach tart, roasted pulled beef sandwich, vegetable tajine saj basket and salmon and avocado brioche. Try the C’est l’Été menu at Fouquet’s
Fouquet’s inside Louvre Abu Dhabi celebrates the magic of the French summertime with a special set menu. The three-course culinary voyage begins with an appetiser of white asparagus bavarois, sea scallops and egg mimosa, paired with a bespoke Summer Breeze cocktail. The main features a fillet of pan-seared sea bass, served with mussels mariniere and a lively glass of ‘La Manufacture’ Petit Chablis. The meal concludes with Executive Pastry Chef Hugo Sipp’s stunning signature Fouquet’s macron. Available daily until 31 August. AED 395 per person.

Check out a new spot in Marsa Al Bateen
Known for its speciality coffee and gourmet nourishment, Saddle has opened its first location in Abu Dhabi. The stand-alone glass house in Marsa Al Bateen offers views of the Arabian Gulf and the nearby marina. The menu pays tribute to the Mediterranean with signature dishes such as butternut carpaccio, salmon and tuna tartar stewed in orange yuzu dressing, grilled Mediterranean sea bass, beef tagliata, baby chicken, pistachio cheesecake, crème brûlée and French toast. Open daily from 8am to midnight.

Set in the oak-panelled restaurant to a backdrop of English rock ‘n’ roll tunes, you can devour four courses, starting with shared seasonal salads and followed by a delectable salmon Wellington.
