Dine on a new seafood menu

Carefully handcrafted by Chef Remon Nabil, the new summer menu at Catch at St. Regis involves decadent appetisers such as locally farmed Dibba Bay oysters and a sushi platter featuring fresh sashimi and California rolls. Catch’s signature selection includes Patagonian toothfish with coconut sushi rice, charcoal-grilled seafood and Japanese wagyu striploin. The restaurant’s revamped array of desserts encompasses the luxurious pearl de Catch and the chocolate sphere. A live singer and saxophonist will perform Tuesday to Sunday, from 8pm to 11pm.

The Hakka Night Brunch, exclusive to the sleek bar and outdoor cabanas of Hakkasan Abu Dhabi at the lavish Emirates Palace, provides diners with unrivalled views of the city skyline and palace grounds. Brunch at LPM

Lovers of LPM’s menu can enjoy the chic venue’s Sunday brunch, featuring unlimited starters to share including the LPM Burrata and snails with garlic butter. Main course highlights include grilled sirloin steak and lamb cutlets with smoked aubergine. Finishing off the meal on a sweet note, decadent desserts such as warm chocolate mousse with malt ice cream, vanilla crème brulée or LPM’s signature cheesecake are served for the whole table to share.
