Dine on Balkan cuisine at 21grams

Located in the heart of Umm Suqeim with stunning views of the Dubai skyline, the FACT award-winning 21grams has introduced several new additions to its menu of Balkan soul food. Breakfast favourites-to-be include omelette butter roll with beef prosciutto, aged cheese and tomato relish; creamy polenta with wild mushrooms and spring onion and Balkan Benedict with homemade bread, creamy spinach and crispy bacon. The lunch and dinner menu will be enforced with new dishes such as baked beetroot carpaccioburnt eggplant hummusbreaded chicken schnitzelbeef and quail ragout, catch of the day, and the black forest crepe. With this new menu, the restaurant will also serve a two-course business lunch for AED 85, Tuesday to Friday, from 12pm to 3pm.

Try an Italian Night Brunch

The newly opened Paramount Hotel Midtown is whisking diners away for a Roman Holiday with its new ‘Brunch Amore.’ Taking place at Paparazzi Tuscan Restaurant, guests can enjoy a three-course feast complete with beverages. The sharing antipasto includes fritto misto, crostini, arancini and caprese. The second course features hand-rolled pasta with spinach ravioli, red snapper liornese and a grilled lamb chop. The dolce menu concludes the dinner in style, with citrus tart and the restaurant’s signature tiramisu. Fridays, from 8pm to 11pm. Check out a new dinner show experience

Billed as the highest dinner show in the region, 53 pairs a refined culinary approach with world-class nightlife and entertainment at Sheraton Grand Dubai. The dinner shows occur across several elevated stages, allowing guests to become fully immersed in all of the elements of the venue. Created by Chef Esteban Terragosa, the 53 menu draws inspiration from the Mediterranean, features Latin American flair, and boasts Asian-fusion touches. Elsewhere, mixology comes from Erion Bardochi, the man behind the beverages at The Artesian in London and The Arts Club in Dubai.

Home by McGettigan’s has partnered with ‘Ravers in Dubai’ to launch a micro-clubbing event in The Attic. The new even ‘Together Again’ is aimed at old-school clubbers craving a nostalgic rave alongside a good night’s sleep. Dine on the best of the best at Caviar Kaspia

The newly launched “Iconic Menu” has been specifically curated to include the best signature dishes that Caviar Kaspia offers. Comprising three courses, the set menu opens with a choice of one appetiser of either seabass carpaccio with lime caviar, salmon carpaccio with lime, or the Norwegian smoked salmon. For the main event, you can choose the signature Kaspia Potato (a FACT favourite) or the decadent Tortiglioni, both topped with Baeri Caviar. End on a sweet note with the Medovik honey cake with caramel or the rich Caviar du Chocolat. Available Sunday to Thursday. AED 480 per person.
