Ikra Caviar Bar is hosting an exclusive dinner featuring chef Dmitry Eremeev from Moscow’s Turandot restaurant, alongside Ikra’s chef Denis Yermolaev. The Aristocratic Fusion dinner promises a culinary odyssey for just 25 guests, showcasing the chefs’ innovative approach to merging Eastern and Western traditions. Taste some truffle

Villa Toscana at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi welcomes guests to embark on a gastronomic adventure this November with its Truffle Dinner and Truffle Festival. The Truffle Dinner features a five-course set menu through which diners can experience authentic Italian creations enhanced with black and white truffles. Elsewhere, The Truffle Festival is a captivating week-long celebration of the revered Italian truffle season, where guests are invited to indulge and immerse in a symphony of flavours intricately composed to elevate the irresistible charm of truffles. Popular Spanish restaurant and beach club Tagomago has introduced a new tasting menu crafted by chef Iker Zapata. The menu unfolds across four courses and features 50-day Dry-Aged Beef Tenderloin Tartare, Garlic Prawns, Mushroom and Truffle Croquetas, Spanish Sea Bass Tiradito and Goat Basque Cheesecake.
