LPM set to debut soon in Doha

The award-winning restaurant and bar will open its doors on Al Maha Island next month.

It comes as no surprise that after enjoying success in seven different cities worldwide, LPM is now gearing up for the debut of its eighth location on the highly anticipated Al Maha Island in Doha. The award-winning restaurant and bar is famed for its Riviera-inspired cuisine and original cocktails, both of which will arrive in Qatar just in time for the FIFA World Cup – the new venue will debut next month.

Between its unforgettable food, thrilling and warm but playful service, LPM Doha promises guests exquisite harmony on the palate, and outrageous harmony in the room. “We are extremely excited to have LPM finally opening in Qatar. This is an exciting time, especially with the FIFA World Cup taking place,” says Nicolas Budzynski, LPM Restaurant & Bar’s Global Operations Director. “We have had many requests to come to Doha over the years. However, in order to do so, we had to have the right infrastructure and a very special location. This LPM venue is just that. We have put every effort into the design to ensure our guests feel as if they are truly at LPM, while they keep discovering something new and unique. With Aura Group being our partner for Qatar, we have also been able to get the right support to allow us to concentrate on delivering the LPM experience – the food being our priority, supported by a great welcome making guests feel at home, a vibrant atmosphere and a unique beverage programme, all transporting them to the French Riviera.”

Perched on the island’s seafront, LPM Doha will offer a welcomed contrast from the hustle and bustle of the city. Boasting simple yet vibrant interiors and an exclusive terrace facing the ocean – views of turquoise water and luxury yachts included – guests will feel as though they have stepped into the extravagant surroundings of the French Riviera. Visitors can expect a pergola to shade the sun on the terrace, unique furniture and expert landscaping. The ultimate place for everyday occasions, special events, as well as business lunch and dinner, the restaurant will also be a welcome retreat for those visiting the region for the World Cup and many other events planned in the country for years to come.

Like every other LPM menu, the one in Qatar will take diners on an unforgettable culinary journey to discover Mediterranean ingredients at their finest, complemented by LPM’s sophisticated cocktails, all expertly blended with the stunning ambience of the venue itself. The bright and spontaneous ambiance is combined with unique and striking art pieces that recall the La Belle Époque influence. A little daring and a little irreverent, it promises to be a place full of easy-going warmth and joie de vivre.
