A Vintage Afternoon Tea of Marriott Downtown Abu Dhabi:

This January Central Grounds at Marriott Downtown Abu Dhabi introduces a Vintage Afternoon tea. Perfect for indulgent afternoons, the new afternoon tea menu includes avocado on toast with smoked salmon, egg mayonnaise and cress, pulled beef rolls, cucumber cream cheese, raspberry white chocolate tart, key lime pie, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, Chelsea bun, chocolate fudge cake, and homemade scones with clotted cream and orange marmalade. Visit a kinetic art installation on Jubail Island:

The kinetic art experience that formed the centrepiece of the UAE’s official 49th National Day celebrations has been transformed into an art installation named The SeedIt will be on view to the public at Jubail Island until 30 January. Complete with stunning visuals representing an evolution from seed, shoot, and flower to propagation, the site is open from 5pm each day (except Sundays) with the audio-visual experience playing continuously between 6pm and 8pm. AED 30 (adults) and AED 15 (children aged seven to seventeen years old).
