Suntory Dinner at Buddha-Bar Beach Abu Dhabi, The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort:

Embark on a complete immersion into the art of Japanese spirits. Drawing inspiration from the Japanese roots of Nikkei cuisine, Buddha-Bar Beach Abu Dhabi will be hosting Nana Sechere, the brand ambassador from House of Suntory, who will be taking guests on a journey to its Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. From there, an immersive culinary experience takes place with a three-course set-menu paired with Suntory spirits. The menu features cold starters such as Maguro Yuzu Ceviche, Hotate Uchucuta Nigiri and Beef Tataki, followed by the main course of Wagyu Sirloin Karai with Idaho potato Kimchi Puree, Pack Choy Teribalsamic and Karai Sauce. The evening comes to a close with a dessert of Matchamisu. Wednesday from 8pm to 11pm. AED 395 per person.

Set to delight foodies and grape connoisseurs alike, Catch at St. Regis will present a new menu each month inspired by grapes from a different, world-renowned vineyard. The series kicks off this week with a bespoke pairing menu inspired by Cloudy Bay, a winery found in the Marlborough region of New Zealand. The ‘Beyond the Taste – Cloudy Bay Wine Dinner’ menu offers a five-course fully immersive experience, bringing the distinct character and grape flavours of New Zealand’s leading wine region to the shores of the Gulf. The gastronomic menu begins with a sea bass ceviche, sushi and braised short ribs, followed by the main course of black cod. The evening culminates with an indulgent Raspberry Silk dessert. Thursday from 7pm to 9:30pm. AED 650 per person.

Sushi Saturday Is Back at Teatro Restaurant, Park Rotana:

Visit Teatro restaurant at Park Rotana on the first and last Saturday of the month for Sushi Saturdays. The theme night showcases 16 varieties of maki rolls, nigiri and sashimi in an upscale buffet-style setting and complemented with an array of hot appetisers that include spicy chicken wings, duck spring rolls and tempura. Adding even more variety to proceedings, Teatro head chef Antonio Lopez will also feature his weekly pizza specials fresh from the wood-fired oven.
